CrossFit is high-intensity, functional, fitness for anyone and everyone. Our members range in age from 18 to 60+ and their starting fitness levels are anywhere from lifelong-athletes to newcomers in exercise. The reason CrossFit is so effective for anyone is that even though we are working out in a group, movements and weights are always scaled to your individual ability. That means you are constantly challenged with heavier weights or harder versions of movements as you improve leading to constant results!

Our coaches are always with you to help teach and motivate you. The types of movements we’ll be doing come from a variety of exercise methodologies including: weightlifting (both powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting), gymnastics (to help with core strength and flexibility), body weight movements, plyometrics, and even endurance (things like running, rowing, and biking). CrossFit sources from all these types of exercise with one goal in mind: to make you more all-around athletic. That means you’ll be fast AND strong, powerful but also possess endurance, and flexible while also agile. Whether your goal is weight loss, training for a race, or gaining muscle, CrossFit can deliver the results you are looking for.
